In order to generate a proper file of an attempted software launch, follow our
instructions:
1) Make sure the original disc is in your local CD or DVD drive.
2) Re-start your computer.
3) 'Right-click' on the desktop shortcut, or the application's executable
file, and a menu will appear.
4) Choose 'Launch Analysis' from the choices beneath 'Open' and release the
mouse.
5) A disclaimer window may appear on your screen. To proceed, please click
Yes'. A window stating that an Analysis log will be generated appears, if so
click OK. If an error message appears, please click Cancel.
6) The program will now generate a file named 'AnalysisLog.sr0'. When it
finishes a window appears stating it has finished, click OK.
7) Please 'zip' the file using a program such as WinZip or WinRAR (to avoid
email corruption), then attach it to your email to support@securom.com.
